Looks to me like the ASX have decided to tighten up and ensure companies follow the rules more closely ..
Spectur, being one of the earliest to release its 4C, obviously was not aware they were going to be requested to submit this. I haven't seen a company include this stuff in the 4C for as long as I can remember. Has anyone else?
I'm expecting to see this in my other spec stocks 4C's over the next couple of weeks.
As to the register, its always going to have buyers, sellers, traders and holders. So what?
