    As a comparison FMG has yet to reach its 45mtpa target and has a market cap of $13.6BN

    Two thirds of this is about $9BN

    Half of this is Ansteel so $4.5BN

    700 million shareholders means $6.42 per share as a starting point to further discount or add to.
