re: $8-$10m on profit line
We understand what you're saying goblins. But I guess it depends on how much growth the market wants to factor into this stock, and what future growth the market wants to recognise as a "certainty".
Maybe the final straw will be the 1st biodiesal plant being complete and showing profit. If this shows any reasonable profit for AMU (with I believe $4 mill for AMU being touted) then maybe a 2nd / 3rd / 4th plant might be factored into the price.
If one of the next 3 gas plays is good maybe another 3 or 4 successful gas wells will be factored in.
And then there is the low risk oil wells to be drilled in Red Creek. Compared to the gas and biodiesal nothing to write home about, but will add increments to current production.
And a slight possibility of small dividends commencing in the next year or two.
A lot of possibles. Current prices look fair with little growth factored in. If the growth eventuates current prices will look cheap. The good ews is we should find out within 6 months if the gas is a goer. 6 to 12 months for the biodiesal. Not much time to wait to know.
