Hey EggHunter. I'm not sure what your "ultimatum" is. However. I think @Bails27 gave a pretty good explanation. A scoping study is a preliminary financial analysis as to project viability. Measured & Indicated is a movement in resource confidence - a step above inferred. M&I is itself a step towards having a Proven and Probable "reserve" of minerals.
My point to @Jopie (who apparently has me on ignore) is that the scoping study will not result in a M&I. To upgrade a resource - you need to DRILL. This is exactly what Nva is doing now - extending and infill. Happy to be corrected by more knowledgable people here. GL to you.
