I think the T+3 issue is really just between yourself and Commsec. As far as VBA is concerned, you ceased being a holder from the date you sold your shares. This is the reason the sp went up when they came out of a trading halt (because people wanted to take part in the offer) and down today (because those same buyers or anyone else for that matter can sell for @ 29cents and purchase the same amount for 20cents). If you get your offer thou, I am happy to be proven wrong.
