Guess you haven’t read the announcements very closely. On 27 May they said:
Corporate - Funding
The Company is continuing its discussions with financiers with the aim to achieve financial close by late June / early July 2021.
Big red flag to me that they’ve missed their own deadline and haven’t bothered to give any update. With these small cap species you’re 100% in the hands of management. Missed deadlines without explanation are not a great sign of transparency or integrity.
