No, he's a spirit. He chose to revolt against God and thereby started a war in heaven, because so many spirits followed him.

Those who chose God came to earth in physical bodies, to be tested. Those who chose Satan, are demons.

Isaiah 14:12–20 Old Testament
12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

Revelation 12:7-9
7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

The point of this life is to do good continually. "Love god, love one another" is the higher law that Christ gave to us.

You can mock me if you wish but I just had to clear up the notion that Satan has a body... yes, those who do evil allow satan and his followers to enter their body.
