I see SI is claiming the under 65/over 65 group analysis was prespecified so why isn't this in the clinicaltrials.gov listing? The whole point of listing your endpoints on clinicaltrials.gov is so there is no argument after the trial ends of what was prespecified or not.
I did find the tidbit that all the patients in the pilot study were under 65 interesting. Why oh why did MSB not stick to the same population in the larger study.
