Seriously - why ?
They trying to kill or cap the share price upswing or what.
They have 25% capacity already and the want another 22% capacity to give shares at 80% of the VWAP to unknown Insto's and Professional Investors - not existing shareholders. Talk about a dilution. If someone wants shares - buy them on market.
About time they came out and told us what the hell they are doing behind the scenes. No capital raisings until we have Pauline in production and everything is disclosed. Then have your meeting and ask for whatever "with an informed market". ASX, how about a speeding ticket.
