Ann: Change of Director's Interest Notice, page-6

So it looks like around 85 million shares were issued at 3.5c in that cr. Seems very strange someone who bought so recently in a cr would dump now? My understanding is a broker would normally pass shares on to clients or put them into exchange traded funds or their own funds held by clients? I always wondered how that part works. I thought the brokers job was to get their clients to take shares so they just take the payment.
Some posters seem to have access to broker buy and sell data which might show who is selling. Anyone have that access here?
