    Well I know for a fact that anyone who bought after the trading halt will not be eligible for the rights issue, so they have made a big boo-boo if they bought on that basis. It states that quite categorically in one of the announcements (see my earlier post on this thread).

    "Persons who acquire the Company’s shares after the commencement of the trading halt on Monday, 27 July 2009 are not entitled to participate in the Entitlement Offer."

    However, you may be right about my situation. Will see soon. Cheers
