    Can someone explain to me that on the news of Waterhouse announcement this morning SP goes to $1.13 and things looks great .
    Then bang ....all this talk of Tom selling and probably has etc etc. Didnt the market know this was going to happen?
    (I certainly didnt)

    It just does not make sense to me????
    Stinks IMO.
