ISX still suspended because didn't agree to ASX's conditions for reinstatement and then sued ASX

whether that should be the situation is another matter, but that's why ISX still not trading, and all comparisons to WBC, NXL, CWN and heaps others is irrelevant to ISX at this time - sure there's apparent inconsistency but that ain't going to change things for ISX
