I think we should also be prepared for the alternative. If the ASX are wanting more information that the other parties can not agree on, or are not prepared to disclose, then it could end up being a very different announcement to what was first intended. This obviously doesn't change the deal itself but may affect how the market perceives the deal/receives the announcement.
