From my discussions with Scott, the most prominent issue to the extended drilling time relates to obtaining the long-lead drill equipment (compressors, turbines, generators, control systems). https://2b1stconsulting.com/long-lead-item/
Scott's comments:
"As I stated in our previous releases we have been planning for the back end of this year or early next year. The timing is being driven by the fabrication lead time for wellheads and casing which is around 6-8 months at present and so April looks more likely, but we are scouring around for existing equipment to try and bring it forward."
So there is the potential to drill this year if the long-lead items can be secured elsewhere. Who knows how possible this is... so just set your expectations for April next year
