Hi suzuki, for balance; AI division was a big drain on funds; disinvestment was inevitable without SB going the distance. Disinvestment of AI division SHOULD have been a positive.
Other projects from previous management?, they were all positives, Imo; MDD was in the black, it more than paid its way, (disinvestment and sale of provided what and prevented what?) IP had its foundations from this time (?), so what exactly are these other projects?
In regards to the sale of MDD, logical decision: provided funds to move the company forward and establish a footprint in the cardio vascular field.
In regards to WP ‘skin in the game’, nice to have seen but is not a fundamental cause of the company’s present situation.
Your last ‘para’, lol, (makes for easier reading!) he’s done extremely well …’, comment, Imo, this is highly debatable, arguably, the present position of the company to some extent is the result of strategy’s taken by the company that is the causation for where the company is currently at.
Mention of; ‘non profitable projects’, (plural), apart from AI division what were the other projects?, bearing in mind my comment on the MDD.
Just saying, …. for those still here and recently on board there will hopefully be a ‘pay day’ despite the rocky road we have been on up to date.
