I doubt @vjojovose1 that any of the VISA documents that discuss ISX's AML procedures are likely to get suppressed since that is what VISA has wanted everyone to believe is the reason ISX was suspended (or was it ASX or ASIC that wanted everyone to believe it?). Of course, if there is evidence that ISX got the boot by VISA because it was the only way to get out of a contract with ISX and VISA mislead everyone, that will likely be exposed in a trial. And perhaps, just perhaps VISA has had an "ah ha!" moment, realise how exposed they are, and may just want to suppress these documents. In that case, you may be right - if they are successful in suppressing these, then I would have to agree, ASIC has no case. It is all just hearsay.
