I think it is more of a case where the later entries into the stock are questioning the deal more then those that have been in it for a while. Those that bought the news at the time have received most the price appreciation. It's fair that people that have bought in say above last closing price would be questioning everything it's only natural.

I'd love to know if anyone sold BET into this Waterhouse deal around the 18cents - 20cents mark? Was anyone unhappy with the deal at the time? I think I bought another 100T shares that day and a few weeks or month later It was down 50% on that purchase! but it just Provided a great opportunity to top up at 9cents though. It's still up 500% since then though I'd be happy with that any day of the week. We have dropped from a very brief high of $1.60 though so people will use that as the new bench mark.

Basically all I want to know is who sold when the Waterhouse deal was announced as they weren't happy with the deal? Or am I right in saying that most holders bought or held stock that day because the deal was a great catalyst?
