I don't think they'll be able to negotiate that in to that degree haha. I imagine that would be apart of the talks, but it's one thing wanting your company to have multiples similar to Afterpay or Affirm, and another to actually have it.
I think they'll be able to use the fact the stock regularly breaks above $9 as a starting point for it's current value. Maybe press for $10-$11. Then ask for a premium ontop of that and push the deal up to $14-$15.
Again though, I have no idea how they come to close these deals.
