Since legislative approval for fixed-odds wagering took place June 21, there were hopes that fixed odds wagering would be in place by Haskell Day, but without Murphy's signature attached to the legislation it will likely be a few more weeks before it is introduced. Murphy has 45 days from June 21 to sign the legislation."If it takes an extra week, it takes an extra week. Whatever it takes to get it up the right way, we're more than comfortable with that," said Dallas Baker, head of international operations for BetMakers.
