Pigsrus comments in the previous post, makes very good sense.
And, I agree with him that when the AGM will come and votes will be asked for the reappointment of certain directors, the Instos will have a great say in that part of the business.
Tim Poole too, IMHO is not a certainty to retain his position either. Simply because he went along with the rest of the Board, and joined the ride without exerting his influence as a Chairman should.
As for the other two Independent Directors, who knows....
