Directors are required to act in the best interests of the company. And I haven't said I'm a director or a CEO or company secretary, a member of AICD, you did. And then you backed it up with incorrect statements. All I've done is corrected you.
so I can only assume you are director of a one share Pty ltd company and you own that share, certainly not a listed company.
