Gonesolow, I can assure you there's a push to do exactly what you prescribe. Enough is enough. How ironic PC should hang up or make comments about rumours. Here are some facts:

1. Despite the plethora of quarterly reports indicating "imminent" and "substantial" gas production of 20mmcf/day, we have nothing. $150M has been raised and spent over four years for nothing to show. I don't blame MAE management for the market meltdown in 2008, but they have to share some blame for the state of the company.

2. Only two directors have exposures to the stock - Harvey and Carter. They're the only ones to have bough on-market. The others have nil exposures and draw a very nice income.

3. What exactly is Doug Martin's contribution? For that matter, what does Dick Carter do? I'm not sure of the value add of these directors. Independence? That's about it and nothing else from what I can see.

4. An acquaintance of a friend of mine, who happens to be in Salt Lake City, makes an arrangement with JC for a site visit. Surprise, surprise, it was cancelled due to JC being ill. Yeah, right.
