re: a look into the future.....no future (?)
Well it looks like the market has made up its mind about PSA and that conclusion is that there is no future for the company.
The "good" production from Vermillion has been discounted along with any increase in NG prices in the US.
Even at $5.50 per mcf and an A$ at 71 US cents, the company's current market cap is only two times current production.
In other words, the market believes that in two years time the company will have used up all its reserves and have nothing left.
So the question must be asked:
Why is the company seling at fire sale prices?
IMO the whole mess and falling stock price can be blamed on the management and BOD for not informing the market about company activities in an timely accurate manner.
Given the company's past history and current reluctance by the company to provide up to date information his has created an uncertain environment which has made people not want to buy the shares for fear of other surprises.
Uncertainty = volatility = low share price
IMO the future is bleak until:
1. The company is bought out by another
2. Wait until NG prices in the US soar during winter - it looks like this summer is a bust
So hang on for a long disgusting period of poor performance - in the market's eyes.
