No redant, higher the sp, the more share they would get.
See my post in SVY thread in that point in time. I used to hold but sold because it spiked too hard and the option conversion price was, in fact, 36c (not 50c).
Hadn’t they converted at thar point in time and decided to convert now, they would have got
(0.425*3mil - 0.36*3mil)/0.5 = 0.39mil.
