The biggest challenge for me with CAY is how CAY is ever going to extract a dime. China are all over this like a rash. They have a hand in the port development, the rail development and now Peter Su has blocking shareholding in CAY. With this much control, one could expect the Chinese to be smart enough contractually to ensure they strip the value out of any exports on the rail and port charges. The next step I'm sure will be Chinese financing. May be I'm just a cynic but I really do struggle to see how this is going to work on for CAY shareholders as opposed to all the Chinese tentacles. I keep watching this stock as I love the resource being top of the pile Tier 1 in nature but with sovereign risk and China appearing to be set to sap the life out of the development I'm still sitting. AIMHO DYOR Interested to hear an different explanation of China's position and intentions.
