Thanks for posting, wish I would have seen this back then when NVX had a 79 million market cap. But I'm one of hundreds or low thousands of the 280m adult Americans who know about NVX. I see why they adroitly picked Chris Burns to be CEO. Having a Scientist for the iterative process of material qualification was highly credible. To be fair, it was partly what allowed me to dip my toe into this stock initially. As a Canadian origin Scientist, I identify with his modus operandi- undersell and over-deliver, not unlike Biden.
Though horrible for the world and many personally, the pandemic caused delay has been a blessing in disguise vis a vis NVX. More water under the bridge, time to test/qualify material not just at battery makers but at Tesla and others in practice, time to develop high capacity vehicles-Model Y, Cybertruck, F 150; Climate Change realities driving EV/ESS demand through the roof precipitating a market driven materials shortage(We are definitely going to get a better price for the off-take agreements). Also catching the tsunami wave and appetite for innovation including mRNA vaccines in the US.
Thanks to the person who posted the Chattanooga City Council meeting for minor tax abatement with the Admiral and Daniel Deas, heretofore in battery parlance known as Double D. It was a good opportunity to have the City Council in hand for future expansion. I was struck by the deference for the Admiral by the former Pensacolan, Economic Development manager and the folksy charm of the Alabaman himself. Thus far, he has been an undervalued asset in the share price and know they made him put skin in the game. The way he deftly exerted authority and charm in excusing himself from the meeting was noted. I envision hearing more from him smoothing over larger expansion projects and DOD ESS contracts. The Ops guy on the ground Double D's telling chortle- to paraphrase: Dude, 300 employees is the tip of the iceberg; admitting the company was underselling/conservative, that they were looking for expansion sites, that they would become the largest user of electricity in TN and just his confidently harried mannerisms, as in "I have a lot to do, you have no idea" without being arrogant; convinced me to top off with 5K shares @1.74 USD fortuitously the day before it's bump to two bucks...
It seems news on the regional ground is spreading- when you are running around kicking tires on possible plants, another plant so quickly, mention in the Administration EV Supply Chain plan, power sources, permitting, real estate, furnace orders, construction estimates, city halls, employee procurment, vendors etc., you're bound to prick the ears of investor dogs. OTC seems to be leading ASX and the controlled manner suggests private equity, though some funds to do buy the large ADRs such as Tencent on the Pink Open Sheets. This to say, that it answered a question that I had- it seems with their off-take deals, a Nasdaq listing price of $3-$4 is within range depending of course on the size of the deals but there is a mad rush. Then all the pseudo-economist prognosticators will get their abaci out and we will have projected EBITDA, forward and trailing P/E, Peg Ratio valuation logorrhea ad nauseum. I would not object to a 1:2 Reverse Stock Split to firm up the price and get some ETFs/Mutual Funds involved. Then one can focus on building more plants, process and product delivery as opposed to worrying about hovering near delisting price. Hopefully, CFO Liveris has all the requirements in ship shape. It's no easy task, and many European giants such as Nestle, opt to stay on OTC rather than meet the disclosure and legal requirements.
Per Dictum, DYODD and take my musings with a kilo of salt,
    Fair Winds and Following Seas.

PS: Political Fantasy: 88 years after it's New Deal creation by FDR, the Tennessee Valley Authority is the infrastructure gift that keeps giving, with 5-6 Hydro Dams, less mentioned Nuclear Plant around Chattanooga and cheap green electricity. From Malaria infestation to Textile Mills. I don't see a better metaphor for what Biden is currently trying to do infrastructure wise, plus EV green, job creation, repatriating supply/China decoupling. A plant visit with the Admiral is probably on their radar without Solyndra downside. David Axelrod had said that Obama by his nature and oversight, was not good at taking credit for the good he did such as the ACA. The Biden Team is acutely aware of this. An aviator glasses donned Biden quipping "This sucker's quick" sent F150 Lightning pre-orders through the roof. Mid-term elections are in November 2022. I will try and get an email in.
