They never said they were relisting in 48 hrs.
They said they were EXPECTING to provide an UPDATE regarding POTENTIAL re-listing, and gave themselves 48 hrs to achieve that.
Even with that many weasel words they couldn't even meet that very simple EXPECTATION. Deja Vu.
