Why is it fruitless? there are many alternatives - which people are prepared to pay for - The ABC has been hijacked by people with a clear agenda - it has taken them years to achieve the control they now have, the apathy of the general population, not really caring about race/sex and history revision has allowed a minority of activists to seize control of the Government Broadcaster, turning it into cesspit of leftwing, homosexual and history revisionist protaganism. I and many other do not want to fund these misfits. Let them start a new private broadcaster with the same agenda - one which has to be paid for by subscription, then we will see who is really supporting them. If the management of the ABC are so sure of their product - put it out there for assessment by the fee paying subscribers - but they will not do that will they? The irony is , this conservative government could undo all the years of maneuvering by the social engineers at the ABC in one simple move - defund it - NOW. Grow a pair Morrison - and cut this cancer from our community - then watch who gets the most upset !
