Retail will be jumpy at the moment. Chances are we will see the 40ç's again today/tomorrow. I'm still hopeful we'll see the announcement later this week but I'm also prepared for the fact that this may slip to mid-late August. If it's going past 90 days then similar to the VUL ann this morning I would hope for a term sheet/HOA to be announced within the 90 days.
