Back in the mid 70’s I saw a family friend pick up a detector and swing it in the car park behind Judd’s Pub, hotel in the middle of Kalgoorlie for 30 seconds, get a beep and pull out a nugget that was about 12mm by 5mm and 2mm thick.

I don’t think see ever had picked up a detector before or after, 100% record she had.

The hope to find a bullet head means that I have the detector set correctly, my pessimistic view on finding yellow stuff is similar to unproven science. of course it’s possible but it isn’t a fact until it is undeniable
