    Agree the key is DBCT sale. while a personally believe BBI can survive without selling DBCT or by only selling 49%, its obvious to unlock shareholder value 100% needs to be sold.

    As your calculations show, a 100% sale will go along way to clearing corporate debt and will allow Network bonds to be repurchased at a discount. I agree that any such repurchase will push up the price, but even at 70c in the dollar its a good outcome. Pitty the banks wouldnt accept 70c/$
