I have not faired better than that. I have averaged down to 8 cents so poor investment to date. Would have got out but with the coal company consul taking up 25% of the company swayed me to hang in there. Big gamble yes but if they and the US feds throwing in cash you have to sit on the fence and think just maybe they can pull it of.
With the Europeans imposing a hefty carbon tax on anyone who does not make positive changes to improve environmental issues, the coal industry is definitely in their sites, the scene is set for that industry to find an alternative use for its product. The US is even getting on board hence the federal money coming CFO,s way. Worth the gamble I think.
