That is an offmarket transfer of 250,914 shares at 15 cents a share. $37,637 is not a lot of money and at the time of the transfer he did not own any shares, just options.
The transfer price is well below recent prices.
I get the feeling that this company has heaps of potential, but it will take time to deliver and it may involve further capital injections that dilutes shareholder. But what would a flyby like me know?
A concern for this and all goldies is that the AUD POG is falling. High cost producers such as NGF and AXM are feeling the brunt of this. I am not sure how HEG will fare in this environment.
