humans have always gone ahead because of the wild ones - the outliers - the crazies or the ones who are out there right at the edge where people call them mad
it's one of my greatest disappointments in being human - in that the very people who actually drive us forward to new levels --
are people who we don't support - we say they are mad and 'don't fit'
they have huge difficulty getting backing and support and face resistance at every turn and straight
history is scattered with human stupidity at not supporting these people -
one immediately comes to mind - Srinivasa Ramanujan
thank god one man backed him -
but, imagine if he was let loose and free to work on what he wanted to work on - and, let the mob clean up later
this man changed the world - and, it was like he was a great racehorse who was harnessed to a heavy plough ----------- yet - he still changed the world
amazing -- we got an ounce from him when IMO - there were tons still to come
