a couple of us have had direct contact with the company,,,

and we posted it as it was conveyed,,,

There are two possibilies IMO,

1) our lawyers have misled our chances of success, and that did not perceive the underlying issue of law correctly.

(being that we were told that the plaintiffs case had little merrit in fact or law)

or

2) That we have infact been advised correctly, and that the jugde has simply been overwhelemd by the 100+ pages of mis-information, BS that was presented in affidafid,

Would presume, that 3 judges would get it right, if we are factually / in law, correct.

But what is MLS worth? Based on its base metal projects, and the hope in 3 judges getting it right??

I expect a dump in the morning, and possibly cheap entry, if one takes the view, that this is a issue of time, not fact or law. (presuming they are still on our side)
