I don't see how the legal firms case: "Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, announces it is investigating potential securities claims on behalf of shareholders of Piedmont Lithium Inc. (NASDAQ: PLL) resulting from allegations that Piedmont may have issued materially misleading business information to the investing public state that the management team"

It is CLEARLY stated in forward looking statements/cautionary notes to EVERY presentation -->

How does this bode for a class action? I'd love to see evidence of our CEO or any other level of management, stating that we have permits specifically, or giving/making claims to shareholders, does anyone have proof of these in the interviews?

The legal firm is "investigating". Nothing like that to spook people, but just noise and an opportunity for larger players to make their move at the cost of retailers? Just watch the first 1-2 hours, when retailers and traders are all over this, then support will be formed.

It just seems to coincidental, with the convening of the local county meetings, a shareholder class action, and the ensuing media reporting, perfect opportunity for entry on fear.

I can't see how this isn't just noise created by shorters, wanting to get a piece of the company, to prepare for the next decade + of advancement in this sector. This is a great opportunity to spread fear into retailers, who saw the opportunity, to gain ownership of the company. Retailers will bleed in the first 1-2 hours, the real direction will be what happens at the end of the day, when the large players make their move.

Look, obviously going to be a tough day or week, considering the temperament in world markets, with continued volatility, again, a perfect time for shorters to seize the moment.

As always, everyone should stick to their own rules and plans for their own portfolio, and try to ignore the noise. The noise is greatest in the speculative market.

Personally (and NOT advice), I was speaking to my partner that 70c was my top up market yesterday, can't believe its almost here!
