Very much back of the envelope calculations but...
Based on this announcement, the A4 resource alone has:
- 134,000 tonnes of copper (indicated and inferred, including 124,000 indicated) so conservatively maybe 80% recoverable so maybe 107,200 tonnes @ say US$9,000 per tonne that's US$963 million worth of Copper. Plus
- 6,600,000 oz of Silver (indicated and inferred, including 6,200,000 oz indicated) again at maybe 80% recovery maybe 5,280,000 oz @ say US$25 per oz = US$132 million worth of Silver.
I don't know what the costs will be but, when you add this to the main and other deposits in Botswana, things are certainly adding up very nicely.
