LOL But why would they put their own money in? They claim to have $30m of financing secured. Can anyone answer why the rights issue is even required when the company is swimming in available liquidity?
By the way, if they underwrite it they will likely end up with most if not all of the stock because nobody in their right mind would invest in thing thing, but each to their own.
