Euroz were behind the float of Updater - which reached a $1b valuation.
Lendi has just reached a $1b merger valuation.
The combined value of real estate and real estate transactions is enormous - look at PEXA, RE.Com, Domain etc. Openn is at the most critical part of this value chain … actually empowering the auction. They have the data on who missed out on the house, how much they were willing to pay etc … so perfect for marketing campaigns for neighbouring houses. For those that won the house … perfect data for providing the bidder a mortgage etc via Lendi or RE.Com’S mortgage engine.
This could go very large. Why isn’t it going to be worth multiples of current market cap. 60c-$1 is totally reasonable in this market?
