"Riding on the back of someone else's business" Do you mean providing a service to business. A lot of successful companies do that.
The fact that CI1 has a service product like Yozo that can be integrated in the green market sector in this way, without a default risk is remarkable IMO. Gaining that database of retail clients for future further direct service products is icing on the cake.
A great move IMO.
