The market cap is $27m and around half of that is in cash.
To end of FY21, WSI has $77m contract award.
They tendered more than $500m in the quarterly report. Based on a 25% hit rate (which is reasonable for a construction company), this FY may be looking at $125m worth of contract award.
I am not sure what rule of thumb people use to estimate MC as it depends on a lot of factors. I reckon this company should be worth $150-200m easy. That's a SP of 16c.
