That announcement you refer to is about EPM's pit before it was EPM's. It says: "NAMA expects to lodge and exploitation application in 2016 in co-operation with one of the leading smelter groups in the world."
That announcement was made way back in 2012.
I wonder what happened to that exploitation application - assuming it was lodged at all
If not lodged then why not lodged?
