It's not that complex ...

One of our directors got married, in doing so she acquired an interest in her now husbands holding that had to be declared.


He, not being a holder is not declaring anything. KF, now KG, is declaring that, as part of the legals of her marriage, now has "an interest" in the 640,254 shares her now husband held/holds. This on top of her prior interest of 640,000 + 141,564.

Nothing untoward, nothing having any real effect, nothing of interest.
