It is time the CEO and most of the board resign. She has run the company for over 14 years and so far reduced SH wealth to nothing. A proper CEO need to be employed with a mandate to turn it into profitability. I am sure he/she can do. Just by shutting the Australian and US offices and moving every thing to Japan, serve Australia, US via online, will turn the company black within one quarter. I suggested this many years ago and everybody thought I was crazy. The company is not adding any value by keeping Australia and US offices. Amazon sends orders all over the world and is a multi billion organization whilst Cellmid is a few million dollars business but has more managers and facilities and acts and behaves bigger than Amazon.
