Not to get too excited or anything.. but poking around the 'Public Patent Application Information Retrieval' site this evening.. but see my screenshot:
It might just be me getting ahead of myself but does anyone else interpret "Notice of Allowance Mailed -- Application Received in Office of Publications" as reflecting a level of success for the US patent? Note that the status was updated pretty damn recently.
