You obviously haven't been paying attention. The announcement of which you are so enamoured has been overtaken by company altering developments.
Back in 2018/2019, the company announced a major overhall of its development and marketing in an heroic campaign to adapt Akida to market needs.
They set about a major redesign of Akida based on customer feedback.
They scrapped the marketing department to conserve funds.
They put the software products on the back burner to free up all hands to the pumps.
They added 4-bit weights and activations to Akida and incorporated a CNN-to-SNN functionality.
