I have just re-read the Austock report (in the research report section of the AZZ website).

There is some really in depth info in there.

I was trying to figure out how they arrived at some of their figures/% interests which differed materially from the current position or which just hadn't been previously announced?

The conspiracy theorist in me has arrived at the conclusion that perhaps some of data is the product of the current negotiations and that the release of this research on 24/7 (Friday) caused AZZ to issue a trading halt 27/7 (Monday) due to the release of info to a select group of investors which wasn't yet publicly available/and or negotiations were ongoing, and that AZZ then added it to their website to allow everyone access to it?

Just getting bored waiting.........
