@croser You are referring to Seng Yap, on listing he was SOR's Chairman and owner of 11.7m shares or 8.46% of the issued capital. In late August 2015 he sold 6.8m shares before resigning due to 'a serious health issue'. Presumably the health issue was resolved as it appears he went on to become a Senior Structural Engineer at Worley Parsons.

Upon his resignation Charles Murphy became acting Chairman. No new Chairperson has since been appointed and is still listed as Managing Director & Acting Chairman in the 2020 annual report.
