It boggles my mind that SGP can fall circa 13% (4.93 to 4.28) in 18 trading sessions. Isnt SGP one of our biggest developers? I understand land sales and land & home packages are the highest ever, yet here we are at the bottom of this leg.
I do think the bottom is in for this cycle, but seriously something wrong with the whole sector - SCG & LLC are doing no better for me either)
